Больница не магазин. Магазинные слоганы советских времен типа «Покупатель всегда прав» здесь не годятся. С одной стороны, лечение должно основываться не только на обязанностях медицинского персонала, но и на правах пациентов. С другой стороны, пациент не может требовать от врача, диагностировавшего у него простуду, выписать, например, морфин вместо парацетамола...
